A nice, quite neighborhood at the heart of San Diego. You can seriously get anywhere in about 20 minutes. Easy access to 163, 8, 805, without hearing all the noise.

Residents: 3 UCSD College Graduates. All male. One is going to grad school at UCSD. One is doing research at UCSD, and third roommate Manages at store in Julian so only lives here part time. All easy going people. Everyone has their own room.

House: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, Living room, dining room, and family room, garage, plenty of street parking, washer and dryer, full kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher), backyard. Plenty of room and storage.

Rent: $500 a month plus utilities and internet
Room is roughly 8.5 x 11 ft. Plus a small closest. So its a little more than 95 sq. ft.

Perks: Close to Mesa College and University of San Diego (USD). Burrito shop near entrance to neighborhood. Close to Mission Valley. Ralphs, CVS, Denny’s, and more one exit off the 163.
An ideal environment for students. Residents are fairly busy and hardworking, but down to have fun on off time. If you are looking for a party house, this really isn't it
