The room can also be painted per your expenses if you would like it a different color. The room also has access to the front door for easy coming and going. The rest of the house is fully furnished so all you would need is the furniture in your bedroom. Three other great, laidback girls living within the house. The majority of the house has been recently remodeled. Washer and dryer available for use. Lots of parking available. The property is about 5 (driving) minutes away from LA Tech University.
