I'm looking for one responsible, preferably a graduate student to rent my house. I currently live in Duluth and have a house in south Minneapolis. You would have access to the entire house and for the most part have it to your self. I'm going to be moving back to the cities from June-August for an internship and plan to stay at my house but before and after that I will be in Duluth most of the time.

I moved to Duluth in June and have only been back in the city about 6 times since then. I rented the entire house to a couple this fall and now they have bought a house so they are moving. I'm in the preliminary stages of looking for someone and am not in a hurry but I want to find the right person.

My house is completely remodeled and has the following:

* Hard wood floors, granite counter tops, new kitchen, new windows
* Main bedroom has a 3 season porch / sun room attached
* 1 full bathroom with heated marble floors and a double sink on the second level
* 1 half bath on the main floor
* Plenty of storage, built in hutch in dinning room
* Dishwasher, washer and dryer (not coin operated)
* Off street parking, no garage
* Small yard but room for a veggie garden and a well established flower garden.
* On the 18 bus line, 1 mile from the lakes, bike paths, churches.
* King Field neighborhood
* All of the neighbors are home owners and most have been there for 20-30 years
* 15 minutes from the U of M, St. Thomas, Hamline, Concordia, St. Kates, Northwestern Health Sciences...
* ADT security system

A little bit about myself. I'm 39, male, currently going to grad school in Duluth, anticipated graduation in 2013. I want to keep a room so I have a place to stay when I come back to the cities. That's why I'm looking for a responsible roommate who would after the summer have the house to them selves most of the time. My plan would be to come home on the weekends a few times per month this spring and after school begins next year. This is a unique opportunity for the right person.

$750 per month and between $200-300 for bills you can have a completely remodeled, up to date house in a quiet South Minneapolis neighborhood.
