I am looking for a roommate (preferably female) to share a 2 bed 1 bath apartment on Mary Street in Coconut Grove. Rent would be $550 plus half the utilities (electricity/internet). The apartment complex is called French Quarter Apartments and is a cute, small complex one block behind Cocowalk. It is all tile, with a nice layout. There is a pool and laundry on site. You will get your own room with a large closet, but we will share the bathroom. I am looking for a clean, non-smoking responsible person, preferably a young professional or graduate student. I am female, just graduated with my M.A. and am working at a lawfirm in the Grove. I just moved in and am still working on furnishing the place, but I have dish ware, etc and a TV and a big couch and kitchen table. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me!

Only serious inquiries please. Rent is $550 per month plus utilities. I will require a deposit of $550 and $550 for the first month's rent upon move-in.
