Close to Kerrytown, State Street, North Quad, Central Campus, and the Medical Campus! Also close proximity to bus stops to North Campus (total travel time from apartment to North Campus via bus ~10-15 minutes). Price includes heat, water, cable, internet, electricity, and furniture. You will have your own bedroom and share the apartment with one housemate for most of the summer! The landlord is also a very nice man, very helpful, and very accommodating (easy to work with!).
