There is an entire apartment available beginning May 7th in Museum Walk for the entire summer! We are looking for 3 students, either University of Florida or Santa Fe, to sublease. It has three large bedrooms with walk-in closets, as well as bathrooms connected to each room. The kitchen provides plenty of space for kitchenware and the pantry is large enough for all food items.

The rent is all inclusive, containing amenities (gym, pool, tanning, printing), electricity, and furniture (bedroom and living room). The apartment as a whole has a joint lease but it is possible to pay separately. Each tenant will be responsible for just $499/month for the months of May, June, and July (May will be prorated); however, we are willing to negotiate the price!

The location is by far the best aspect of Museum Walk. It is located off of 34th street, right across from Southwest Recreational Center and all the museums. There are also multiple bus stops available so getting to any place on campus is possible in about 10 minutes! Parking in the complex is convenient - with a spot available for each resident and visitor parking located in the back. It is a small apartment complex filled with mostly upper-under graduates and graduate/law students, since it is very close to the law school. This provides a quiet atmosphere; however, across 20th street you can gladly go to the Estates pool parties for some louder fun.
