I'm a former UMD student and will shortly be moving to the Twin Cities. My room in a 2 br apartment will be available as soon as April 1 (but if you need to move in before that we can work something out). You will be living with another female, 1st year UMD grad student. She is clean and responsible.

Rent is split $370/person + electricity (approx. $12) + internet (approx.$22). That's roughly $400/person a month.
We currently don't have cable but that's something that can be added on for additional cost, if interested.
Apartment has full kitchen and stove.
2 bedroom/1 bathroom.
Lots of storage space.
Coin operated washer and dryer onsite.
Off-street parking available.
Safe and quiet building.
A block away from Burrito Union and is a convenient drive to UMD or downtown Duluth less than 5 minutes both ways.

You will be taking over my lease through August 31, 2012. This is a great option for those looking for temporary housing just through the summer!
