One floor is for girls and the other for guys. There are six rooms on the floor that can be rented out with extra rooms to create into living areas. Each floor has its own entrance with their own key, a kitchen with a stove and multiple fridges, and a bathroom with 4 toilet stalls, 4 shower stalls, and 3 sinks.The rooms have large closet space. The floors are hardwood in the bedrooms and carpeted in the hallways. There is also a high powered washer and dryer on each floor. The rent is $550 plus an estimated $25 for utilities including (Internet, Cable, Heating, Gas, Electric, and Water). Parking is also available on a limited basis right behind the building for $50. Pets are welcomed, but since there are common areas, unless the animal is kept in your own room, you would need to talk to the other people living there for approval.
