Looking for a young professional to share a 2 br apartment in St Louis park near uptown. I am 25 years old male and am looking for a clean, nice person to split a 2 BR apartment with me. The apartment is near excelsior blvd and france ave. It is a nice clean, well-maintained place with good amenities and an awesome location! I found 1 bedrooms were only $100/ mo cheaper so I got a 2br and decided to share with a roomate. Total rent is $900 + electric and internet/ cable which is about $50/ mo each, so it would be less than $500/ mo for each of us with everything. This is a great opportunity and most apartments in the area are full now.

Move in: anytime between feb 1st and March 1st.

Located near a 1.8 mile nature trail circling the Bass Lake Nature preserve that connects to the Hennepin County Three Rivers trail system. Our community is close to Lake Calhoun, as well as shopping, dining, recreation in Uptown Minneapolis. It has individual garage stall parking, extra storage, onsite laundry, fitness center, outdoor pool and deck, open courtyards, gazebo and a BBQ area. Each apartment home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans and floor-to-ceiling closets.

I am an active, fun guy who is up for doing outdoor activities (biking, jogging, etc) and am a young business professional looking to network. I have a girlfriend and friends who live in the area, have no pets, don't smoke, drink socially occasionally on weekends, am clean, have a steady job and live life to the fullest with friends, family and local activities.

I am looking for a clean person with a steady job, preferably male, no pets, would does not smoke and would like to share the place as well as occasionally do something fun outside or hang out with friends.
