Price is for one room only; both rooms may be available if you act soon! The place is ridiculously close to campus (as in less than 0.3 miles away). It takes about three minutes to walk to library west from the apartment, if that. Pets are allowed, but if you've got something as large as a cat or a dog I believe you have to pay pet rent (something like $25 a month). Parking is included, as well as a cute picnic/barbecue area and a nice potted plant just outside the front door. My roommate and I love the place, but we're graduating so it's up for grabs once again!

PS - it will be partially furnished! The couches, the TV and DVD player, and the gnome are yours to keep forever if you'd like!
