It's a convenient Location. Easy-access to 52 fwy, public transportation stop and UCSD bus transit is ideal. The 41 bus is just across the street and takes you right to UCSD. It comes every 15 min and is free for students. Local to our block are gas stations, shopping center (Vons, Bank, Rite-Aid, Henry's, Starbucks, postal service, library, etc. . .)
Comfortable & upgraded: vaulted ceilings, granite bath & kitchen counters, wooden cabinets, dishwasher, fireplace, BBQ, and washer/dryer. Storage space in garage & outside shed.
