Awesome apartment complex! You get your own bedroom and bathroom fully furnished (This sublease is for ONE bedroom in a FOUR bedroom apartment). There is a security gate so no need to be afraid to walk around, 24 hour gym, pool, and free tanning bed are included. Rent is $525 a month including utilities which is definitely one of the cheapest prices around for a half decent apartment. Close to UCF, Valencia, Full Sail, and SSC. Looking for a sublease for May but I can discuss any other options. The reason I am leaving is because I am going to study abroad so I will not need my apartment and I need to save money for it as well.
