You are responsible for your electric, garbage, and water bill. We cover pool maintenance fees.
The house is getting a fresh coat of paint and will be ready for a renter in about 2 weeks.
The rent is $850 a month.
$800.00 security deposit and $850 (first months rent) will be needed. (will prorate if you move in mid month).

Green room with the large windows is the living room (re-painted now)
French doors is your view FROM the living room, through the kitchen. Doors lead out to the covered patio.
The kitchen photos (stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher (white now) are included. Looking at the dishwasher/sink, to your right there's an opening and that is where the washer/dryer go (we will be including those) and there is also room for food storage (I used it as a pantry).
Shower photo is the hall bath shower.
