The apartment has lovely woodworking, a new kitchen, a large furnished common room, and a spacious bathroom with skylight.
I have three quiet female roommates - all are students at the U of M. We were all strangers when we moved in September, so a new face won't be a big deal.
Rent is $525/mo, utilities included.
