We are looking for three roommates in a five-bedroom house near Dinkytown and the U of M campus. House is located at 8th street and 9th Ave, just two houses from the bus line (The 2 goes straight to campus and the 4 goes down Hennepin into downtown Minneapolis). The other two roommates are female undergraduates at the University. We are really easy going and are open to both male and female roommates, but are looking for other undergraduate students ages 19-22.

The lease is a year long and starts September 1, 2012. If you wish you move in earlier, you can sublease the room for the summer starting June 1, 2012 (earlier if needed). Along with $400 rent, we pay utilities which on average come out around $30-$40. One room is slightly smaller than the others, and that tenant only pays $400 plus water (around $15 per month).

The house is well kept and rooms are fairly large with closet space. The house has a washer and dryer, two full bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen and living room, also has a dishwasher and basic kitchen appliances. There is room for parking in the driveway and plenty of free street parking right outside the house.
