About me: I am a 27 year old sales professional and have been working with the same company for about 6 years. I'm starting a new position with the company, but need to relocate to St Paul. I am looking for a laid back roommate that is OK with my cat - I have run into situations however that my cat doesn't always get along with other cats. If he is by himself, he is a very fun loving and affectionate. He DOES NOT get along with other male cats, he is also terrified of dogs. Basically looking for a pet free home that would be welcoming to me and my cat! I work about 50 hours a week and need a storage area besides a bedroom - office area, basement, garage - any of the above. Looking for a lease to start either mid February or March 1st - 6 mos to a year. I do have a steady boyfriend that goes to school in the area, so I would prefer if I may have an overnight guest once in awhile. Off street parking would be nice, but not necessary if there is plenty of street parking. I'm looking to pay btwn $400-450 plus utlities, or $500 if it covers everything.
