I am a Mechanical Engineering student at USF and my roommate of a year and a half is graduating/moving out at the end of this semester.

I'm hoping to find someone that will move into her old room around the end of May or early June. The lease can be anywhere from 7-14 months, I hope to live there until I graduate in May 2013.

I'd prefer someone that is a student and clean. I also have a 9 month old Siamese kitten that will be living in the apartment. I specifically got a Siamese cat because they are hypo-allergenic. If you are allergic to cats like I am, he shouldn't be a problem.

The rent is $425/month + about $50-$75 worth of utilities.
