I have a summer internship in downtown Tampa, and I need a place to live just for the summer! Going away for the summer but coming back? Need someone to take over your lease? Consider me!

I'm okay with roommates though I would prefer to live alone in a studio or one bedroom. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Please nothing north of Bearss, east of downtown Tampa, or west of Howard Frankland.

Must be pet friendly! I have two dogs. Would prefer if roommates had no other dogs but liked dogs. Cats, etc. are okay.

Apartment or house is fine.

Trying to secure something early as I have to tell my current landlord soon if I want to renew or not.

Would prefer to stay under $650. The cheaper the better!

I will keep posting this ad (or alternatively, keep it up) until I find a place.
