1 Bedroom (about 10x 10, with a huge closet) available in a 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath Richmond District lower level flat. Washer/Dryer available on site, Garage parking available at no additional fee, backyard (yes! in SF!), full kitchen with granite counter tops. Bathroom is shared, but I am rarely home due to work. 2 blocks away from Ocean beach, 4 blocks away from Golden Gate Park, lots of restaurants, groceries, and cafes in the neighboring area, 15 minutes to get to downtown SF. Very quiet. Very safe.

Looking for a clean, responsible, ability to provide rent on time every month. Non smoker preferred, non-drug user, someone that doesn't bring the parties home (a few house guests are fine, but no crazy hangover movie type parties). Respectful of other roommate (which would be me :)), respectful of common areas. Sorry, no pets. Female preferred.

About me: 25 yo, f, business professional, enjoys sports, the outdoors, cooking, home decor shows, enjoys good restaurants, cafes, and a good pub every once in awhile.
