We have 2 vacant rooms in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house. Although, one room will be left open as a guest room. The house itself is fully furnished with a well kept yard, pool, and spa. The rooms to rent are spacious and have their very own full bathroom/shower. One of the rooms is the only one downstairs so it offers even more privacy. Even though it is 3 person occupied house it is very private and we keep to ourselves. House is occupied currently with two mid 20s males who are working professionals. Things are kept very quiet during the week and we are not open for a roommate to be frequently having guests over. Cleanliness is a non-negotiable as everything is kept impeccably clean and any cooking supplies washed on the spot. Other than that we are easy going, friendly and rather private roommates. Rent would be around $650 depending on the situation which is very hard to find a room with a private bath/shower in a nice house in a central location such as UTC/La Jolla for this price. Rent would be month to month but a stay of at least 4-6 months is expected.
