Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2br/2ba condo in North Park. The condo is two stories, with one bedroom/bathroom on the first floor, the second bathroom/bedroom on the second floor, along with the living areas (and the 1st floor bedroom is not directly under the 2nd floor bedroom). The first floor bedroom is about 13ft by 11 ft.

As far as location goes, this place is close to everything - we're right on the border between North Park, University Heights and Hillcrest. Morley Field is about a mile away. The place is within close walking distance of Luigi's, the Live Wire, Eclipse, Apertivo, Pomegranate, the Red Fox Room, and a number of other great places. Driving distance, and now you're about 10 minutes from Downtown.

Also, washer/dryer are in the condo - no more scrounging for quarters to get the laundry done. Trust me, I installed these appliances right around the time I moved in, and it is the best thing ever.

I'm looking to get $750/mo for rent, but I'm willing to negotiate.

As far as pets go, I have a dog who I don't trust around cats, so, no cats. If you have a dog and it gets along with my dog, then its all good.
