This is one 11x12 room for rent in the beautiful Rancho Del Oro community. I have two available. Very close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and the base. Your room can be fully furnished with an IKEA bedroom set or you can bring your own stuff. You will share a bathroom with one roommate. The home is large 1715sqft 3 br 2.5 bth. Beautifully landscaped and well kept. With a jacuzzi and jacuzzi house. The rent is $650 and $150 will cover the following: Gas, Electric, Garbage, Water, Cable and internet. So $800 total. Dogs might be considered. I already have a large kennel. I have to cars in the garage but if I may sell one and a spot will be open but not likely. Please be clean and tidy. Pick up after yourself. You can be male or female. No kids. If you want someone else living with you in your room they will pay $300 more a month. I prefer someone around my age (not essential) that has a steady job and no issues or drama. Please be respectful I do own this property. Smoking is ok outside. Military members would be great especially Marines.

A little about me…I’m a 26 year old Marine Staff Sergeant. I’m a big gym rat and I get up at 5 and go to sleep at 11:30. I’m gone at least 3 days a week so it will feel like you live more or less on your own. I’m quiet through out the week but party hard on the weekends. I don’t do house parties that often but im not opposed to them. If you have any questions please call anytime.
