Looking for a trustworthy and dependable female to rent a furnished or unfurnished bedroom in my townhouse in the Maple Lakes neighborhood of Maple Grove. The townhouse is located close to Lifetime Fitness, within biking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Maple Grove Transit Station. You would have your own bedroom, bathroom and garage space. I am a 39-year old professional female who enjoys traveling, biking, music, museums and going out with friends. I am respectful, responsible and considerate, and looking for the same in a roommate. Roommate must have a secure job, good references and be willing to contribute with keeping the house clean. I have a cat, but will not allow additional pets. Security deposit required. Rent is $550 including utilities per month. Available April 1, 2012.
