Nice 2bed townhome in Plymouth near County road 47 and Northwest Bouldevard. I will be moving in mid March and I'm looking for a male roommate. There is only one bathroom so I would ask that you be clean and agree to taking turns with cleaning the bathroom. I'm an electrical engineer, 23 years old, and work 8-5 and generally go to bed between 10 - midnight. Looking for someone with similar work hours, and similar age.

Half of the rent is $547.50, but because there is only a one-car garage, I would be willing to lower the rent slightly to accomidate. Otherwise we could take turns parking in the garage during bad weather etc. You would be required to pay half of the utilities which are gas and electric. Since I have paid one month's rent for a deposit, I would require half of that as a deposit from you. ($547.50). I don't have any pictures yet as I haven't moved in yet. Let me know if you're interested and I can talk to the landlord to arrange a showing of the townhome for you.
If you want to have a pet, you would have to arrange that with the landlord and pay the deposit and rent yourself, but I request no cats.
