You would be sharing a room with Arquin, an undergrad. He is very considerate and tidy. You would share a walk-in closet with him as well. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. In total, there would be five people living here. You'd pay $8/mo. for TWC internet plus a variable SDGE cost, evenly split. We are a 5-10min. walk from the second Arriba stop. It will be available from March 24th to June 30th, a 3-month period roughly equivalent to Spring Quarter. You would not be subletting; you would replace me on the lease. If you were to find other people to join you, our landlord would allow you to extend the lease for the same condo.
