The house is roughly a mile from the beach in Cardiff and has a nice large backyard / patio with some pretty sweet sunsets. The two car garage is very spacious, (easily fits 10 foot longboards :) ), including washer/dryer. There's a nice working fireplace in the living room. The street is far enough from the beach that street parking is always easy, and then there's always the driveway. Super quick access to the 5!

One room is 11' x 13.5' with a small closet and the other is 10.5' x 11.5' with a larger closet but has it's own bathroom. The larger room has the "guest" bathroom to itself with lots of storage space inside/around it.

Both are available March 1st for a year long lease. Utilities average $100 for SDGE and $60 for internet monthly, split 3 ways. Landlord asks for $90 / person for water for the whole year and also pays for gardeners so we don't have to take care of the lawn at all. Pretty sweet deal! He's also really chill and doesn't come by unless something needs fixing.

So about me: I'm 26, work as a software engineer and would prefer people in their 20s-30s that are respectful, responsible, laid-back, clean, and do not smoke or do drugs. I'm pretty into rock climbing, surfing, and slacklining these days but I also like to kick it and just play video games and guitar. Please no pets (landlord's preference). The landlord requires good credit, no exceptions.
