We’re looking for a new housemate to move into a single bedroom in our spacious house by March 1st! We are a laid back household consisting of two male students and an employed couple age 22-25 and we’re looking for someone who would enjoy our creative minded space. The general motto of the house is “Do your thing,” and open communication keeps the place a conflict free environment. We have two practicing musicians (I am a performing trombonist and musicology student) in the house, so practicing and jamming does occur. A degree of noise tolerance is necessary, but we are always respectful of others by keeping the music to reasonable hours and heeding requests to turn down immediately. All applicants MUST be alcohol/420 friendly: It doesn’t matter if you don’t partake, but the fact that we do cannot be an issue. There is plenty of room in the house for storage, and we have a nice backyard with a garden. Though it is by no means a party house, the place is great for gatherings and we like to fire up the grill. It is also a proper place to get work done with respectful housemates and plentiful workspaces. There is ample parking on the street and the driveway, and a bus stop just down the street if you don’t have a car.

I will be showing the house BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If this house sounds right for you simply email me with a brief description of yourself, your email/phone number and a list of times in the week that would work for you to see the house. After which I will send a confirmation email with directions to the house, my phone number, and your appointment time. We are looking for someone to reserve the room as soon as possible, so we may decide on a housemate early if they seem like a good fit and have a deposit at the ready. Once the deposit is in, the room is secured, and you may begin moving in by late February. We will only consider those who have seen the house by appointment.
