Single room with shared bathroom available from Feb. 15th (or at the earliest on Feb. 1st) in a 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom 2-story town-home in UTC.
The common areas of the house are clean and fully furnished. The patio downstairs is quite large and there is a BBQ is available for all the tenants. There is also an attached 2-car garage with extra storage spacing. The house is at walking distance from Vons in UTC and a few minutes away by bus from UCSD (the bus stop is located 3 min. walking from the house). The complex has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
You will be sharing the house with two young professionals working around the UTC area. Both of them are very respectful, clean, and quiet. Utilities are generally around $40 to $50 and they include cable TV, cable internet, gas, and electricity.
I am looking for a clean and quiet young professional (preferably male) who can take over the remaining 6 months of the lease until August.
I can leave part of the furniture in the bedroom to the new tenant if necessary.
