The apartment is on the corner of Veteran and Gayley, 5 min away from the dorms :] The apartment is pretty large, and the total number of people in it will be 3. The total rent is $1700. Neither of us have cars, so if you have one, the parking spot is all yours. Also, our previous roommate is leaving a bed and a desk for you, so you just need to bring bedsheets and whatever else.
The floors are all hardwood, laundry machines are on every floor, and there's a pool and a jacuzzi on the roof. The manager is always on site, but in her office until 5:30, and the maintenance repairs get done pretty fast. The balcony has a nice view and it’s relatively quiet.
About me: My name is Olga, I'm a recent graduate with a BS in Biochemistry. I'm in-between visiting graduate schools for interviews. I’m cool with parties and friends coming over if there’s some warning and if it’s alright with everyone else :]
