The house is located a 5 minute walk away from Temple’s main campus, right near the Track and Field on Montgomery Ave. A police station is across the street, so the location is extra safe.

The house is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, large finished basement with washer and dryer, living room, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a backyard. You would be sharing the house with 5 other guys. We are all very laid back and chill guys. Again we will be staying at the house until our lease ends in June.
