Looking for 5 people to sublease starting in September. There is an option for 2 people to move in early (as early as June).

We are looking for recent grads and others just finishing up their last year/years at the U. We keep our house clean and are looking for responsible tenants. We aren't a huge party house either.

The house is located at 1108 16th Ave SE. Females only. Price is $390 + Utilities per month. Utilities average to be about 50 a month, but they are more in the winter and less in the summer.

6 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms. Shared living room, dining room, kitchen and front hall room/closet. Cable, High Speed wired & wireless Internet access, and telephone lines in all bedrooms. Free washer, free dryer, and a large freezer (that's brand new!) for use by all. My parents are the landlords too, which other people have found to be really ideal!
