The Appalcart come right to the complex twice and hour making commuting to campus fairly easy. You must be enrolled at Appalachian State University to sublet, which is perfect for those who have to take summer classes. You would be able to move in as early as mid-May, since I am probably moving out the day after graduation.

You will be living with three other girls. One of them is hardly ever there, and the other two are very nice. They may also be considering subletting if you have someone you would like to live with.

Rent is $460 a month and includes all the amenities above and a fully furnished apartment. There is a $200 security deposit, but that will be returned at the end of the lease.
