Our 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Sydney Hall apartment is available from Mid May through Mid August 2012. It is a great fourth floor apartment overlooking 15th ave SE.

You can live here by yourself, or you can share the unit with another person and split the costs. We currently share the bedroom with Full-XL sized bunk beds. If you want to live here alone, Sydney hall can swap out the Full-Xl bunks for a full sized single bed.

The rent is $1500 for the Unit per month.
In total your cost will be $4500 for three months. The lease ends in Mid August, NOT the end of August. You should be able to move in here by 19-20 May (It can be earlier).
Apartment comes fully furnished (by Sydney Hall) and also includes an underground parking spot ($125 dollar a month value).

www.sydneyhallresidences.com to see the building and photos (we have a "Folwell" unit. They provide some drawers, side table, desk, couch, chair, and very new appliances. We keep the place clean too. Laundry washer and dryer in apartment. Standing shower. Nice floor to ceiling windows too! The building has a fitness room, trash chutes, a lounge with billiards table, and the place has security workers in the evenings.

This complex is located at the corner of University Ave and 15th Ave SE. It's so close to the University of Minnesota! Just cross the street and you're on campus. This apartment is ideal for any undergraduate student, graduate students, etc. Right across the street from campus and has a CVS, Erberts and Gerberts, and Chilly Billy's on the first floor. Cable, internet, water, trash is all included. Must pay for elecricity and gas (Very minimal like $50 bucks a month).
