How Much: $450 + utilities

I am looking for a person to sublet my (very large) bedroom for the summer. You would start paying in June, but could possibly move in earlier. The lease lasts until August 31st. You would have four female roommates--all graduate students. I am moving because I am graduating.

The room comfortably fits a queen size bed and several pieces of furniture. The closet is also very large.

The building is very old and as such has many "antique" touches: a stone fireplace, wood floors (carpet in bedrooms), vaulted ceilings, nice woodwork. The shared spaces--kitchen and living room--are also large. The building has free laundry, on-street parking.
