This decorator-furnished 6th floor 2 BR/2 bath GULF-FRONT vacation condominium (1146 sf) comfortably sleeps 6 and is located on the quieter, west-end of Panama City Beach, less than 2 miles from Pier Park, Panama City's newest entertainment destination.
Enjoy spectacular views of the sugar white sand and the emerald gulf from the master bedroom and living room. Step out onto the huge (271 sf), private balcony from either the living room or your master suite and watch the dolphins play, or enjoy informal dining and amazing sunsets.
This luxurious condo has wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms and tile floors throughout the living spaces, and baths. Granite counters, high ceilings and crown molding. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area. Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware for 8. Dining table seats six and there are four bar stools at the breakfast bar. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 32"LCD Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD. Washer/Dryer in unit.
Master suite has king-size bed, a flat screen LCD TV, direct access to the large oval balcony and a private, full-sized bath. The guest bedroom has queen-sized bed and TV/DVD, and adjacent full second bath with shower/tub combination.
The Emerald Isle Resort offers high-speed elevators, high-speed internet access in all units, covered garage parking, two swimming pools (one heated and partially indoor), a large hot tub, a steam room, sauna, and a gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion with barbecue gas grills.
Deposit of $325 to reserve with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
